Unlike small retail suppliers, we are an established arboricultural contractor with our own processing equipment and vehicles — meaning consistent supply, honest volumes, and dependable delivery.
Kiln-Dried Firewood FAQs
Our hardwood logs are kiln dried to a low moisture content, typically below 20%, making them compliant with UK Ready to Burn standards and suitable for immediate use. Lower moisture means easier lighting, higher heat output, and far less smoke.
We deliver bulk bags using our own vehicles. Ideally, we need:
- Clear vehicle access to the drop location
- A reasonably firm surface
If access is tight or restricted, just tell us in advance — we’ll advise on the best solution.
Bulk bags are delivered and placed on site.
Stacking is not included as standard, but may be available by arrangement depending on location and quantity.
These are our core areas, but we also supply firewood across wider South Wales. For larger orders, we’re happy to travel further — just get in touch for confirmation.
All firewood is sourced directly from our professional tree work operations. This means local timber, responsibly processed, with nothing imported or mass-produced.
